with black try doin it in black an white and make the white bits very definate and don't do the hold jacket or waht ever it is black ust a dark grey with very bright and definate white refletions to show lighting then the detail in hte black. depending on how mat the material is ishow bright the white is with somethin like danim or cotton ou may wantto use a rey the moremate the metarial the darker the grey replaceing white and blending it mroe is a good idea.

For a very drk jacket use a dark color insted of the grey but the same shade as the dark grey and use the same tecqniqu.

You are good at drawingand coorng mtal far better than me. And now you have all my coloring info for coorng dark stuff I howp you can use it beer ten I can.

Very pretty. The jewlery does look like it would take some time. But it turned out very nice. I really like the hair.

As for the jacket, I would just use a brighter highlight. It still look very lovely the way it is though.

I diggeth the jewelry, it's always been a fun thing to draw in pictures and it does take time, the computer I'm using makes the picture look all weird so I can't comment to well, otherwise from what I can tell it's wonderful ^^

Oohr. The jewelry came out so nice. I think this is one of your tops of overall submissions. I love his delicate hands. They really contrast with the jacket and eye patch. As for the jacket shading, I like it just the way it is. It's something different than what everyone else is doing and it really doesn't look bad at all. I love the painted feel the background has. His expression almost seems romantic as he observes the jewelry and nearly made me miss it. And of course, I've always admired how perfectly you colour hair. Can't wait to see your next deviation. It's always a surprise and something shockingly refreshing and new.
